Established in 1972 Cesira's Italian Cuisine has been owned and operated by the Aiudi Family through three generations. We have proudly served fine food to the Sault and area for "40 YEARS"! Our premises, located in the "Heart of Downtown" are two older homes (c.1900) joined together. The restaurant features five small dining rooms; four rooms with four tables, and one room with six tables for a cozy "Home-Like" ambience. Linen Tablecloths add a touch of class. The regular menus are affordably priced as are our "Amazing Specials". Lunch starting from $6.99 to $15.00, Dinner from $12.99 to $25.00; details below. More than half of Cesira's Menu is dedicated to Our Speciality "HANDMADE PASTA"!!! Our "Handmade" pasta is made and shaped on the premises! The Cappelletti (Tortellini) are closed & shaped "By Hand"; the Gnocchi are individually carved; we make all our own Fettuccine, Meat & Cheese Ravioli, Ricotta & Spinach Cannelloni and Lasagnas. Our New Menu features four different varieties of Lasagna! We also serve Veal, Ribs and Seafood. The Veal Picata al'Prosciutto is a must have & the Veal Marsala is the finest anywhere; Gnocchi Gorgonzola & Prosciutto Tortelloni are "To Die For"!
